Engraving Instructions
Engrave any text on any of our souvenir photo frames. If you would like the engraving like the sample displayed, please enter this information in the text boxes when placing your order.
On most of our souvenir frames, you can choose a font. For font samples, please visit our left navigation bar at the bottom or can click here. You will also be given a choice of font size (small, medium & large). This provides our graphic artists with general guidelines of how you want your frame to look. Keep in mind that it can vary by the amount of engraving you want done and by the font style selected. For example, it is easier to make one word large than a whole sentence. While we take into consideration font size, we also take careful consideration to make your frame look absolutely beautiful.
Please keep in mind that our script font does not look good in all CAPS. We will change this font to upper/lower letters for you if you ordered all CAPS. Most of our photo frames samples have a medium font size shown. We always tend to make the upper engraving a larger size than the lower engraving as shown on our samples.

Include a Photo Option
You can email your favorite photo to us and we will color copy and include your photo in the engraved frame that you purchase as a gift. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation that can be used to reply and attach a photo. Please send high quality photos as we do not have the ability to take a low resolution photo and create a high resolution photo. Most cell phone photos are low resolution. For an additional $3.00 charge per picture frame, we can add a special message on the back of your engraved frame. This is a great gift idea to your recipient in that your engraved frame will be cherished for years to come. Our orders are usually shipped out next business day. We do recommend USPS Priority Mail for shipping. It has been our experience that the United State Postal Service delivers in two - three days even to our East Coast customers. For volume orders (ten or more), we would recommend shipping via Fed-Ex. The easiest way to view your shipping costs is on our order page. Once your address is entered, you can use the "apply" button to update and view the cost of all of our shipping methods prior to actually placing your order.When Will My Order Arrive?

Fed-Ex Ground - Fed-ex Ground takes 1 - 5 business days to arrive. We are located on the West Coast. For East Coast customers, it will take up to 5 business days for Fed-ex Ground to arrive. We may change your shipping to USPS if we can get it to you faster and at a lower cost - especially around holidays.
We usually update orders around 5 - 7 pm Pacific time. You will receive an automated order confirmation indicated your item has shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will then be charged for your order. We do not charge until your ordered has left our company.
